METHOD FOR SEALING TERMINAL OF SUBDUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for sealing a subduct terminal which exhibits a sufficient sealing effect and which is excellent in workability and is economic. SOLUTION: A wire 6 such as a cable is drawn in or fed into one or a plurality of subducts installed in a duct line and then a terminal of the subduct 4 and the wire material 6 get sealed up. In such a subduct terminal sealing method, a heat-shrinkable tube 14 with a hot-melt adhesive 17 on its inner face is put on the terminal of the subduct 4. When the heat-shrinkable tube 14 is heated, the tube is contracted and at the same time the hot-melt adhesive 17 is hardened and thereby the tube 14, the subduct 4, and the wire 6 are all sealed up.
