摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control accumulation of transuranic element waste, while efficiently utilizing the transuranic element as nuclear fuel as well as uranium. SOLUTION: An actinides recycle system which is composed of a fast reactor 37, a light water reactor 38, and facilities 39, 40, 41 for recycling nuclear fuel is a system for recycling minor actinides. That is to say, the fast reactor regulates transuranic element quantity in newly loaded fuel based on the formation reaction quantity and annihilation nuclear reaction quantity of transuranic element in the fast reactor, so that each net yearly consumption of plutonium and minor actinides becomes almost the same as each yearly average output of the plutonium and the minor actinides which are output from the light water reactor 38.</p>
