PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect whether or not the load corresponding to an operation program is normally connected by a load detecting means detects the connection of the load and a program setting means. SOLUTION: A control circuit 80 consisting of a microcomputer controls electricity feeding to the load such as a 1st heating means 3, a motor 4, and a 2nd heating means 5 by an opening/closing means 84 and the load detecting means 85 detects the connections with those loads. An operation display means 81 controls the opening/closing means 84 through special operation different from normal operation and the load detecting means 85 and program setting means 86 which sets to operation programs according to the loads detect whether or not there is abnormality.
