FIELD: peristaltic action pumps for blood supply in assisted circulation apparatus. SUBSTANCE: perfusion pump has closed pump chamber with vacuumized gas medium and blood supply hoses with inlet and outlet channels. Blood supply hoses are hermetically fixed and extend in the direction of running of magnetic field generated by block of electromagnets. Pump working member, which separates pump chamber from drive chamber filled with gas medium under pressure, is formed as elastoplastic diaphragm and elastoflexible ferromagnetic member positioned between diaphragm and blood supply hoses. Such construction allows blood supply hoses to be shielded from action of magnetic field. Collapsible casing of pump is manufactured in two versions, of flat or cylindrical shape. Disposable blood supply hoses may be readily replaced by means of hinged levers or differential toothed couplings. Exhaust openings, which communicate pumping cavity with environmental medium, serve to use pump for blood supplying as well as for vacuum pumping of pump chamber. Cavities of drive and pumping chambers are communicated with buffer volumes, such as balloons with gas medium under pressure and vacuumized balloons, to stabilize pressure in these chambers. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. |
