FIELD: telecommunication, apparatus is used in code-pulse equipment and telemechanics. SUBSTANCE: apparatus allows to transmit and to receive two binary digits of information simultaneously by double-wire line, that allows to decrease number of communication lines between controlling and controlled objects and due to that to decrease significantly expenditures on communication lines laying and purchase of cable products. Apparatus has on transmitting side two transistors 1 and 2, four resistors 11, 12, 13, 14, inverter 6, information unit 25 and on receiving side it has three transistors 3, 4, 5, eight resistors 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, two breakdown diodes 23, 24, two inverter 7, 8, two keys 9,10.
