FIELD: mixed fodder industry, production of fodder additions in ration of agricultural cattle; chemical industry - production of organic-mineral fertilizers from wastes of poultry and cattle-breeding complexes. SUBSTANCE: initial raw material after magnetic separation is added with carbohydrate additions (peat or straw, or sawdust, or other vegetable leavings) and product, that passed process of fermentation. In the case ration of the components in mixture is 10 : 2 : 1 correspondingly. Then mass is mixed, dried to humidity of 55 - 60 %, carbohydrates are added till ratio of nitrogen to carbon in mixture is 1 : 30. Then it is fermented in reactor using mass blowing through with oxygen-bearing gas till temperature of 75 - 80 C is achieved with following product unloading from reactor and dried to humidity of 18 - 20 %. Then product is granulated and in doses packed. Method allows to intensify process of biological processing of wastes and to produce ecologically pure product with multifunctional usage, for example, as fodder addition of complex organic fertilizer or as litter for poultry and cattle. EFFECT: intensified process of wastes biological processing and production of ecologically pure products. |
