PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a high-frequency treating kit for bipolar type endoscope into a thin diameter. SOLUTION: A pair of electrodes 21, 22 are arranged at the tip of an insertion part 10. A first electrode 21 is formed in cylindrical shape, and a second electrode 22 is arranged being formed in coaxial fashion in the first electrode 21. A cylindrical insulating layer 23 is arranged between the electrodes 21, 22. A liquid passage 25 is formed between the insulating layer 23 and the second electrode 22. |
