<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a wound-rotor to minimize the variation time of effective power even in the vicinity of synchronous speed while preventing the rotational speed from stagnating in the vicinity of synchronous speed. SOLUTION: A limiter switching decision unit 8a outputs a switching command to a limiter switch 8b based on an optimal speed NS for a wound-rotor induction machine 1 operated by an optimal speed operating unit 7. The limiter switch 8b switches the limit value such that the optimal speed NS for wound- rotor induction machine 1 does not come within a speed inhibition band in the vicinity of a synchronous speed N0 and a command speed limiter 9 operates to limit the optimal speed NS to a level switched by the limiter switch 8b.</p> |
