PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve a responsibility of a line current measurement result by determining the turn-on or turn-off of main circuit switching power devices at a timing when a state renewal timing and a line current comparison result change. SOLUTION: A current controlling means 6 has a first, a second, and a third comparing means 17, 18, and 19. With iTU, iTV, and iTW input to inverting input terminals of the comparing means 17, 18, and 19 and a first, a second, and a third line current measurement result iFU, iFV, and iFW input to non- inverting input terminals thereof, the comparing means output line current comparison results HU, HV, and HW respectively. After a logic circuit 10 receives the line current comparison results HU, HV, and HW from the comaparing means and a state renewal timing signal CLK 10 from a timing generating means 11, it output a first, a second, and a third switching command signal PU, PV, and PW which command the turn-on or turn-off of main circuit switching power devices Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, and Q6. As a result, an excellent current-controlled responsibility can be obtained. |
