PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect only a pulse signal generated in a designated timing among pulse signals included in an input signal. SOLUTION: When the voltage of an input signal 100 exceeds a threshold voltage, a buffer 14 outputs pulse signal. A delay element 16 delays the pulse signal for a prescribed time and an AND gate ANDs the output pulse of the delay element 16 and the output pulse of the buffer 14. When the output pulse of the AND gate 18 is overlapped with a timing signal on a time base, a flip- flop 22 outputs a trigger signal via an AND gate 20. |
