Indole derivatives represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof, wherein R1 and R2 are the same or different and each represents hydrogen, lower alkyl, hydroxy, lower alkoxy, halogeno, (a): -O- (CH2)n-OR5 or (b), R3 represents hydrogen, lower alkyl or (c) and R4 represents hydroxy, lower alkoxy, optionally substituted aryloxy or -NR10R11.
