The tubular strips (1) are joined by hinges (3). The end cap has a section (5) which slots into the strips (1) and a seal at the end with a flexible external seal. The flexible seal (8) has a flat base (24) with a flexible, waterproof seal (33) extending from it, made of brushes, elastomer or thermoplastic rubber. The front face (9) of the seal (6) supports the base of the flexible seal and it has a removable cap (7) which holds the base in place. The cap has a groove running lengthwise (20) shaped so that the flexible seal (25) extends through it. The seal and the end section clip together (11, 23) and can be unclipped.
