There is a blind (19) cross-bore (12) in the side (18) of the leg of the connecting fork, opposite to the collar (16) on the end of the connecting bolt (15). There is an hydraulic or compressed air connection (20), plus a piston (25) which moves within the bore and packs tight to the inside wall (21) of the blind bore. Pref. the piston is arranged in an extension of the bore and exceeds the dia. of the bore. The piston has a groove on one side for an O-ring as preceded in the extension direction by a support ring. The piston can have two ring grooves spaced out in tandem and is pref. identically bevelled both sides.
