PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily provide the large amount of cooled hot water in a short time by providing a supply device for supplying the cooled hot water inside a hot water tank to an outside, a heating device and a cooling device and stopping the cooling device when a water temperature detection means detects that the temperature of boiled water is lowered to a prescribed level. SOLUTION: The water supplied to the hot water tank 2 is heated and boiled by an electric heater 3, cooled to the prescribed temperature by cooling water passed to a heat exchange 4 and stored in a cooling water tank 6. The cooling water is sent to the heat exchange 4 by a cooling water pump 5 and returned inside the cooling water tank 6. Also, the electric heater 3 is controlled based on the detected result of a water temperature detection sensor 14 and the cooled hot water inside the hot water tank 2 is held at the prescribed temperature when a controller 8 is in a heat insulation mode. The cooling water pump 5 is controlled based on the detected result of the water temperature detection sensor 14 and passes the water through to the hot water tank 2. Thus, since the water of the hot water tank 2 is forcedly cooled after it is boiled, the large amount of the cooled hot water is prepared in a short time. |
