PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device to improve fixing of a larynx mask or tube. SOLUTION: A fixing device for a guiding device to insert an oral tube or a larynx mask into a patient is formed into a V-shaped plate 200 with a collar 206 with a rib on the top part, the tube or the mask is extended in the plate. A gap 207 extends from the collar to the edge of the plate and is retained in narrow width and the collar 206 gasps the tube or the mask by fastening an opening 204 in the plate 200 onto a protrusion part coming out of the guiding device. When the fixing device has a clip with an engaging member between two arms as an alternative plan, the gap is pressed into narrow width by clipping the engaging member between the two arms of the guiding device.
