<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor the breakage state of the antenna of an unmanned radio telephone base station device, installed outdoors, remotely from a maintenance operation center at all times through the device for detecting the breakage of the antenna. SOLUTION: A shock sense part 102 is provided at the base part of the rod antenna 101, and then detects the magnitude of a shock applied to the rod antenna and generates an output. An antenna breakage detection part 104 generates an output when detecting the output level from the shock detection part 102 exceeding a certain value and in response to this output generation, the breakage of the rod antenna 101 is reported to the outside. Consequently, the breakage of the antenna of the radio telephone base station device can be detected at the maintenance operation center, etc.</p> |
