PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a moisture-permeable film excellent in moisture permeability, air permeability and pliability by using a specific compd. and resins having specific properties at a specific proportion with the melt tension set in a specific range. SOLUTION: This moisture-permeable film is obtained by forming a compsn. of 1.5 to 4.0g in melt tension which comprises 100 pts.wt. resin component comprising 55-80 pts.wt. linear low-density polyethylene obtd. by copolymn. of ethylene and a 4-12Cα-olefin and having a density of 0.905 to 0.94g/cm<3> and a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 10g/10min, 5-30 pts.wt. ethylene/3-10Cα-olefin copolymer having a density of 0.85 to 0.90g/cm<3> , a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 15g/10min, a peak temp. in DSC of at most 100 deg.C and a stress at 200% elongation of 10 to 80kg/cm<2> , and 5-20 pts.wt. conventional branched low-density polyethylene having a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 10g/10min; and 80-200 pts.wt. calcium carbonate.
