FIELD: heat exchangers used in various industries; ceramic tubular heat exchangers working at high temperatures on aggressive working media. SUBSTANCE: tubular heat exchanger has cylindrical shell with end inlet and outlet manifolds for medium to be heated and lateral inlet and outlet branch pipes for heat-transfer agent, longitudinal bundle arranged inside shell and connected with manifolds; longitudinal tubes consists of two and more sections coupled hermetically; end coupling members of these sections have prismatic or cylindrical form which are blocked with end sections of adjacent tubes in arranging the tubes in bundle, thus forming bearing members interfering with lateral and axial displacement. Prismatic end members form tube sheets and partitions partially overlapping the cross section; cylindrical end members form straight-way sections. Tubes are provided with fins made in form of circular projections; prismatic and cylindrical end projections are made integral with end of tube sections forming seats which are used to receive constricted opposite ends of sections being connected. Outer diameter of cylindrical members is equal to outer diameter of tubes without fins; diameter of prismatic members is equal to diameter of circle inscribed in them and to diameter of tubes with fins. EFFECT: increased compactness and enhanced efficiency of heat exchange due to increased heat exchange surfaces with no increase in overall dimensions; increased smoothness of thermal flow around tubes. |
