PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject product incapable of simply erasing by a rubber eraser and capable of providing drawing line excellent in water resistance by impregnating an undrying liquid containing specific two kinds of organosilicon compounds and a monomer polymerization inhibitor into open pores of pencil lead comprising a sintered compact. SOLUTION: This unerasable pencil lead is obtained by impregnating an undrying liquid containing (A) an organosilicon compound of formula I [(m) is 1 or 2; terminal organic functional group of R<1> is amino; (n) is 0 or 1; R<2> is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon; X is a hydrolyzable group satisfying the formula 3>=4-m-n>=2], (B) an organosilicon compound of formula II [(p) is 1 or 2; terminal organic functional group of R<3> is (meth)acryl; (q) is 0 or 1; R<4> is a 1-6C monovalent hydrocarbon; Y is a hydrolyzable group satisfying the formula 3>=4-p-q>=2] and (C) a liquid containing a polymerization inhibitor of a monomer such as acrylic acid or acrylonitrile into open pores of pencil lead comprising a sintered compact. The component A includes e. g.γ- aminopropyldimethoxy-silane and the component B includes e.g.γ- methacroxypropyl-trimethoxysilane.
