<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently culture a plant tissue by using a porous material of a cellulose in a container composed of at least partially constituted of a gas permeable and light transmitting film so as to obtain a seedling by culture continued from multiplication to acclimatization and raising of seedling. SOLUTION: A kraft pulp of a needle leaved tree is immersed in an alkali, pressed, ground, aged and reacted with carbon disulfide into cellulose xanthate, which is dissolved in an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide to give a viscose. Then, the viscose is mixed with a reinforcing cellulose fiber, acrylonitrile, kneaded, pushed out into 30% aqueous solution of ammonium chloride and molded to give a porous material of a cyanoethylated cellulose having 0.1-2wt.% of nitrogen content as cyanoethyl group. Then the porous material of the cellulose is used as a medium and a plant tissue is cultured in a container composed of at least partially composed of a gas permeable and light transmitting film to efficient give a grown seedling by culture continued from multiplication to acclimatization and raising of seedling.</p> |
