<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently execute jog treating by providing a constitution such that a gripper unit of collectively clamping a sheet sheaf accumulated on a sort tray in a take out position is provided to move this gripper unit to a prescribed jog position thereafter to be drawn out along a prescribed take out direction through a take out port. SOLUTION: A sheet conveying mechaniam, conveying a sheet introduced to a sheet receiving port connected to a discharge part side of an electrophotographic copying device selectively to non-sort tray in the uppermost part or to sort trays 14..., is provided. A gripper mechanism 32, collectively clamping a sheet sheaf in a sheet take our position, is provided to move this gripper mechanism, in a condition of collectively clamping the sheet sheaf, onto the sort tray 14 in a sheet fetching position along a sheet fetching direction X (jog treating). The gripper mechanism 32, in a condition of clamping the sheet sheaf, is drawn out along a take out direction Y crossed with the sort direction X, also to be pulled up in an upward direction Z with the mechanism left as it is, so as to staple lock the sheet sheaf in the half way of pulling up.</p> |
