PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually instruct the measure for a traffic snarl from a center and to evade the generation of the traffic snarl by instrucing the route change to an other route for each vehicle according to selected information. SOLUTION: A traffic status detection means 3030 obtains the information on the status of roads from the route information 3051 according to kinds of passing vehiles obtained by road status monitoring means such as a monitoring cameras 3000 and 3010 monitoring road status and a monitoring sensor 3020, etc. Based on each information, a traffic amount control instruction means 3040 compares the number of vehicles flowing in this road and the number of vehicles which are possible to pass this road without traffic snarls, calculates what number of vehicles should be evaded from this road to an other route at what place and outputs the calculated result as the instruction to be transmitted to passing vehicles. Further, an individual information discrimination/ transmission means 3050 judges this instruction information according to each vehicle and performs instructions. Thus, the instructions are displayed on a display by describing them in parallel to original route information 3312 and drivers are urged to change routes. |
