FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: water heated to 18-20 C (by 200 ml, three times per a day) is given 5-10 min before eating to patients with the decreased acidity for 24-30 days; water heated to 45 C (by 200 ml, three times per a day) is given 1-1.5 h before eating to patients with the increased acidity. Except for, patients were given medicinal microenemas (100-200 ml mineral water "Volzhanka") at 38-40 C, 2-3 times per a day, 1 h before eating. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
