PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive microwave circuit which has high shielding effect. CONSTITUTION: This microwave circuit contains a circuit 12 of a 3-conductor structure and a circuit 13 of a microstrip structure which are formed on a grounding plate 11. Then a magnetic shielding metallic cover 15 is added to cover over the circuit 13, and the end part of the cover 15 is electrically connected to the plate 11 and an upper surface conductor 16 of the circuit 12. Then the conductor 16 is connected to the lower surface conductor of the circuit 12 via a through-hole. |
