PURPOSE: To quickly perform comments and corrections by easily and quickly inputting a comment sentence showing the contents of comments and corrections. CONSTITUTION: At first, a user designated a part to be corrected of the sentence displayed on a screen not shown in Figure. Subsequently, the user calls the menu showing the classification of a correction on the screen in a step 201 and selects a desired menu name in a step 202. As a result, since the comment sentence preserved in a comment buffer not shown in Figure is displayed on the screen by linking with the menu name selected in a step 203, this comment sentence is set to the designated part of a sentence in a step 204 when the OK button on the screen is clicked in the step 203 when this comment sentence is acceptable. |
