摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To prevent the occurrence of fatigue failure in a short time, eliminate stress corrosion cracking sensitivity, by setting ratio of thickness in a respective mountain of a bellows to thickness in a root part of minimum diameter to ratio or more of a diameter in a root part of minimum diameter to a diameter in each mountain part. CONSTITUTION: Bellows are formed from ferrite stainless steel containing 10.0wt.% or more 23.0wt.% or less Cr with a stable crystal structure of metal phase in body centered cubic at an ordinary temperature. Ratio of thickness in each mountain part of the bellows to thickness in a root part of minimum diameter is set to ratio or more of a diameter in a root part of minimum diameter to a diameter in each part. In this way, a work hardening effect is also added with strength almost made uniform between mountain/root parts, to eliminate deformation concentrated on the mountain part. As a result, since substantially loaded stress is large reduced, a time till generating fatigue failure is markedly extended.</p>
