PURPOSE: To obtain an image with image quality close to an original image with respect to the image processor and the image processing method. CONSTITUTION: The processor is provided with a correction color component sequential conversion means 11 that converts a color component in a color space in each picture element of an original image to be displayed into a correction color component sequentially by using a distributed error component, a color component separation output means 12 that selects an actual measurement color component to be displayed based on the corrected color component, obtains an actual measurement color component obtained based on the actual measurement when the selected display enable color component is displayed, separates the display enable color component and the actual measurement color component and provides an output of them, and an error component distribution means 13 that calculates the error component depending on a difference between the actual measurement component and the color component of the original image for each picture element and distributes the component to a prescribed picture element. |
