PURPOSE: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device the power consumption of which is suppressed at standby within a specification by preventing a leakage current. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device has a chip select terminal CS which permits and forbids the read and write, power terminal VDD for feeding the power to internal circuits, power feed path selecting means 3 for connecting this terminal VDD to the internal circuits through a first and second power lines L1 and L2 when the terminal CS is active and inactive and variable resistance circuit formed on the path of the power line L2. |
