<p>An apparatus (1) and method for motor vehicle anti-theft wherein the apparatus (1) comprises a device (11) for blocking a motor vehicle's exhaust gases path and a device (7) for moving the blocking device (11). The moving device (7) moves or displaces the blocking device (11) to one of a first position, whereat the blocking device (11) is completely removed from an exhaust gases path (23), and a second position, whereat the blocking device (11) completely blocks an exhaust gases path (23). The method comprises the steps of actuating the moving device (7) and moving the blocking device (11) to a position, whereat the blocking device (11) completely blocks off or seals off a motor vehicle exhaust gases path (23).</p> |
