An upper profile (1) above the swivel door has an inbuilt door closer (14) whose drive axis (15) works in conjunction with the door and is coupled to the top bearing (7) of the door. Thus the closer axis is coupled to a swivel actuator arm whose far end works with a slider and associated slide rail. The slide works directly with the door, the rail being joined to the door via a U-shaped profile. The closer works on the top part of the door from outside the profile. The closer consists of a spring-closed shaft and its co-operating damper piston for the control and regulation of a damping medium, and the closer also has its own arrester. Thus whenever the door is opened, the spring stores sufficient energy to re-close it.
