PURPOSE: To restrain generation of erection failure of a chip part in tape- packing. CONSTITUTION: This taping device for chip part moves an attracting nozzle 8 that attracts a chip part 9 on its top vertically to a carrier tape 10 which is formed with a plurality of storage parts 11 for storing the chips 9, and stores the chips 9 sequentially in the storage parts 11 while moving the carrier tape 10, whereas the top end of an attracting nozzle 8 is tilted downwards at an angle (θ) toward the traveling direction of the carrier tape 10.
