The high pressure/low pressure isolating device of an inverter cooker comprises: a rectifier for increasing the pressure of input alternating current(AC) and rectifying the input alternating current to a low voltage to input the rectified voltage to a button manipulating means; a system controller for receiving the voltage of the rectifier as an operational voltage and for controlling whole system operation of the inverter cooker in accordance with the button selection of the button manipulation means; a power isolator switched by the input of the control signal of the system controller, for reducing or backing the pressure of the voltage of the rectifier to input the reduced pressure or back pressure to an integrity means via a negative feedback amplifier and for receiving a vessel existence/non-existence detection signal from a vessel existence/non-existence detector to transmit the received signal to the system controller; and the vessel existence/non-existence detector for detecting the existence/non-existence of vessel by a difference between voltage detection level of the AC and a reference voltage.
