<p>PURPOSE: To change a logic level of an output signal set in a fuse ROM or the like. CONSTITUTION: A fuse element 22 is fused and a reset signal S23 is held at 'H' for a fixed time, whereby an output signal S24 from a NOR circuit 24 is turned to 'L', an output signal S25 of an inverter 25 is turned to 'H' and an output signal S26 of an inverter 26 is turned to 'L'. As a result, a PMOS 27 is turned ON. A resistance value between a source S and a drain D of the PMOS 27 is set to be smaller than an ON resistance value of an NMOS in the NOR circuit 4. A fuse element fusion control signal input terminals 11 is consequently turned to 'H', and an output signal S15 of an inverter 15 becomes 'L'. A logic level of the output signal S15 of the inverter 15 is changed after the fuse element 12 is fused and the logic level of the output signal S15 is set.</p> |
