A throttle gate with central opening that is coaxial to the vortex pipe is opposite to the inlet portion of the vortex pipe. The vortex pipe is mounted for permitting rotation about its axis. The vortex pipe may be connected with a tank streamlined from the side of air inflow. The inlet end face of the tank has at least one opening. The inlet opening of the vortex pipe is in communication with the inner space of the tank. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
