METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF GRANULAR ORGANIC FERTILIZER

FIELD: methods of production of granular organic fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: additional two-stage preparation of material is effected before dispersing; first stage includes humidification, separation and mixing performed simultaneously and followed by grinding to obtain fractions not exceeding 100 mK in size; second stage includes biological resting for no more than 2 two hours followed by grinding to obtain fractions not exceeding 80 mK in size; dispersing is performed to obtain particles not exceeding 3 mm in size. Heat-transfer agent is fed at rate not exceeding 20 m/s and at temperature not below 280 C. Gas separating in course of drying is directed for burning in amount of 15 percent of its volume, remaining gas in amount of 85 percent is fed for purification. EFFECT: intensification of drying process and improved quality of finished product.
