PURPOSE: To easily pull out an insulator from the end of a cable and draw the cable out quickly by installing a spring member between a pair of swing arms and draw ends of the swing arms closer to each other by means of this spring member. CONSTITUTION: The spring force of a spring member 22 installed between a pair of swing arms 20 works on ends 20A of the pair of swing arms 20 to let the ends 20A move in such a direction that the ends 20A may hold cut sections 12A of an insulator between them in cooperation. Therefore, before rotating a male screw member 14, the ends 20A of the pair of swing arms 20 can be surely fit in with the cut sections 12A of the insulator 12. By this method, the pull-out force generated by rotation of the male screw member 14 can be let to work on the cut sections 12A of the insulator 12 without letting the ends 20A of the swing arms 20 come out of the specified places. |
