PURPOSE: To display an item in a way of gradually changing into a selected item. CONSTITUTION: When a selected item 'Beta' is selected in order to update a label name of a prescribed item 'VIDEO1', the right side of the item 'VIDEO 1' is being changed gradually into the selected item 'Beta'. Figure indicates it that a final letter '1' of the item 'VIDEO1' changes into a first letter 'B' of the selected item 'Beta'. Number of letters to be changed is increased at a prescribed time interval, and the item 'VIDEO1' at first is being changed as 'VIDEOB', 'VIDEBe', 'VIDBet∼, 'VIBeta', and 'VBeta' and finally into 'Beta'.
