PURPOSE: To individually specify and output documents when there are plural documents having the same output attribute. CONSTITUTION: A decision information retrieval part 4 obtains necessary report decision information from a report decision information data file 2 assigned on a hard disk and stores it in a decision information storage table 5. A screen editing processing part 6 edits the data from the decision information storage table 5 and displays the data on the screen of a console panel 7. An output attribute change part 8 changes the contents of report decision information at an output request inputted through the console panel 7. A command control part 9 issues a command urging the output request. With the command, an output device 10 prints the data out. Consequently, the operation is made efficient, the form cost is reduced, and the throughput is improved. |
