The sensor includes an indirect or direct mounting, which is led through a central extrusion (12) in a pressure sheath (2), and which spans the pressure sheath with a supporting surface (3) on a component which causes an oscillation. Detector devices (6) are held radially at the outside of the pressure sheath under application of an axial tension. A threaded ring is located at the pressure sheath for holding a seismic mass (7) arranged over the detectors under application of a spring pressure. The threaded ring and the spring (8) form a single component (20), which is screwed on a corresponding thread at the pressure sheath and lies directly on the seismic mass.
