<p>The disc sprayer comprises a chassis (1) and four subframes each carrying a battery of discs. The subframes are pivoted on the chassis in vertical bearings. The subframes can be locked in angular positions in which the disc batteries are located obliquely to the direction of advance (A) to form a V or an X. Two of the four subframes (10C,10D) are replaceable by two spare subframes each carrying an appropriate battery of discs. The sprayer can thus be transformed as desired into a V or X sprayer. The chassis has parallel longitudinal sides (2,3). Front (8A) and rear (8B) bearings are provided near the front and rear sides. Second (8D) and third (8E) rear bearings are provided behind the front end near the rear end and in front of the rear end of the second longitudinal side (3).</p> |
