<p>PURPOSE: To achieve adaptation to stretching or bending of an object desired to wear by a method wherein a fastener element mounting part is knitted in a non-vertically stretchable braid, an outside wale is made of thick yarns, a main tape body is knitted in a vertically stretchable braid and two types of thick knit yarns are entangled on the outer rim of the braid. CONSTITUTION: A fastener element mounting part 2 is knitted in a non-vertically stretchable braid and an outer wale in the braid is made of thick knit yarn. A main tape part 3 is knitted in a vertically stretchable braid and a wale at the fastener element mounting part 2 is knitted in braid by entangling chain knit yarn 6 with other knit yarns while the chain knit yarn 6 arranged for the outer wale of the braid is made of thick yarn. On the other hand, the wale of the main tape body 3 is knitted by entangling single cord knit yarn 5 made of textured yarn with other knit yarns made of multifilament yarn and two types of knit yarns arranged on the outer rim of the braid are made of thick yarns.</p> |
