FIELD: electronic devices, in particular, instruments for analysis, measurements, recording, converting and processing information, special-purpose vacuum tubes. SUBSTANCE: device has electron source, which has cathode 1, anode electrodes 6 and 9 and receiving unit. Sampling unit 5, three-dimensional generation unit, matrix deviation system 12 and control matrix grid 13 are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Three-dimensional generation unit is designed as serial circuit of first accelerating electrode 7, first focusing electrode 8, second accelerating electrode 10, second focusing electrode 11, which have inner cross- shaped chamber. receiving unit has three-dimensional sampling and sweeping unit 16, analysis unit 18, scanning unit 19, logical processing unit 20. Two electrostatic dampers 14, 15 are inserted between electron source and receiving unit. Area for interaction to analyzed flow is located between dampers. Device provides information sampling which is done in three dimensions and recorded in sampling time. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased speed, increased precision. 1 dwg |
