FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: pouring ladle has metal housing with evaporative openings, fittings and working lined layers made from fire- resistant bricks and ladle transportation pivots. Annular pipes with openings are laid between fittings and working layers of lining and in ladle bottom along perimeter of ladle. Annular pipe openings are extending along contact plane of lining layers. Annular pipes are connected with supplying branch pipes protruding beyond metal housing of ladle. Openings of annular pipes are oriented in opposite directions. EFFECT: increased efficiency by reduced heating time and improved operating conditions. |
