[Also in Divisions C2 and C7] Therapeutic or veterinary compositions for oral or parenteral administration comprise compounds of formulae: wherein R is H, halogen, alkyl or alkoxy, and R 1 is amino, alkylamino, piperidino, pyrrolidino, morpholino or NH(CH 2 ) 2-4 N(alkyl) 2 , each alkyl portion in the foregoing radicals containing 1-3 carbon atoms; these compounds are said to reduce anxiety and fighting behaviour and to normalise hyperactive and depressed mental states, in animals. Mothproofing agents consist of the fluosilicates of compounds of the above formulae. Herbicides against Johnson grass, yellow foxtail, green foxtail, Bermuda grass and quack grass consist of the trichloroacetates of compounds of the above formulae.
