FIELD: building materials industry. SUBSTANCE: slime waste resulting from caustic soda purification of sodium chloride brine for electrolysis using calcium carbonate, production of chlorine and caustic soda using calcium sulfate dihydrate, production of acetylene from calcium carbide using calcium hydroxide, and production of trichloroethylene using calcium hydroxide and chloride at weight ratio thereof (calculated as dry matter) of 1.0: 0.14:2.0:1.1 to 1.0:0.42:5.0:3.3, is first diluted with carbon dioxide-based gas at slime solution to gas wight ratio of 1.0:0.8-5.2 at 40-100 C for 0.01-10 seconds. The slime waste is subsequently dehydrated to moisture content of 45-65% and mixed with alumo-iron- silicate component at weight ratio of 65:35 to 95:5. During roasting of the raw mix the latter does not adhere to rotary furnace lining for six months of its continuous operation. EFFECT: improved properties of the raw mix. |
