FIELD: tyre industry; tyres for wheeled vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed multipurpose detachable tyre tread is made in form of tape with wedge-type central and side projections. Inner surface of tread has "sticky" fastener. Shaped fastener is mounted on ends of tape. Tyre is made in form of one standard casing with modified shape of working surface without attachment holes. Use of such tread facilitates labour input of driver, increases service life and safety of tyre, reduces number of road accidents. If cord-cloth base is replaced by hinge-connected steel segments, tread becomes armored and prevents punctures by sharp objects on the road. EFFECT: enhanced safety, increased service life, reduced labour input. |
