A hollow needle (3) fixed in a chamber (6) makes a connection between an upstream connection piece (2) and a downstream connection piece (7) when it passes through a stopper (4). This stopper, which is made of a material such that it recovers its closure capacity when it is no longer passed through by the needle, is pushed back in the opposite direction to the needle by a spring (5) towards a closure position in which it fills the opening of the outlet (7a) of the downstream connection piece. This connector is useful especially in the medical field.
