DRYING FRAMEWORK OF PORCELAIN MOLDED MATERIAL

PURPOSE: To significantly shorten a drying time and improve producibility and yield by constituting at least a contact face of a drying framework with a porcelain molded material using a metal as an oxide having white color and providing pierced holes having a specific hole diameter and an opening percentage in the contact face. CONSTITUTION: A frame 1 having an outer size of e.g. 530mm×370mm×13mm is constructed with a modified extruded pipe of a metal having a white color of its oxide and a perforated panel 3 made of the metal having pierced holes having 2 of 0.5-5mm hole diameter and 3-20% opening percentage by laser processing is stuck on the frame 1 by spot welding to produce a drying framework for a raw material 4 of a water supplying tank for a toilet stoal. Raw materials 4 of water supplying tanks for closet bowls containing 25% water molded by pouring mud into a mold of gypsum are laid on the drying framework for a raw material in multi-stage stacking and dried to be <=1% water content at 80 deg.C atmosphere temperature in a drying room. Even an oxide of a metal constituting the framework is attached to a molted material, the color of the oxide does not vary the color of the product in baking.
