PURPOSE: To make it possible to get out through a window by judging occurrence of accident through a controller upon detecting the impact at the time of accident occurrence with an acceleration sensor and restoring the functions of respective opening/closing switches by means of making the canceling function ineffective. CONSTITUTION: An individually operated open/close switch 11 is arranged on respective seats of an automobile in order to electrify power window motors 1 to 4, which is for opening and closing automobile windows, with normal and reverse current. An open/close switch 11, which for opening and closing windows of other than the driver's window at the driver's seat, is also arranged and a cancel switch 12, which is for making the open/close switch 11 correspond for the purpose to prohibit windows other than that of the driver's from opening and closing ineffective, is provided. An acceleration sensor 14 for detecting impact against the automobile is also provided and a controller 15 judges occurrence of an accident through the output from the sensor 14. A release switch circuit 16 is arranged and the function of the open/close switch 11 made ineffective by the cancel switch 12 is restored. Thus passengers can extricate themselves from a window of any seats even if the door can not be opened due to an obstacle. |
