PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive and lightweight resin molded product having excellent sound absorbing capacity and excellent in recycle properties by forming a layer based on natural fiber on at least one surface of a base material composed of a thermoplastic resin or a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION: A resin molded product is obtained by directly fixing a sound absorbing functional layer composed of a layer based on a natural fiber or a mat like article composed only of a natural fiber on at least one surface of a base material by an adhesive. From a, viewpoint enhancing productivity, it is pref. to employ constitution such that the sound absorbing functional layer is wrapeed in a film made of the thermoplastic resin constituting the base material or a thermoplastic resin good in the bondability with the base material. When the resin molded product is produced by fixing the sound absorbing functional layer to the base material, both of the base material and the sound absorbing functional layer can be simply bonded only by heating and melting one surface of either one of them. |
